nasi berempah / spices rice

salam semua
our lunch's yesterday


bhn2
4 cawan beras wangi (AAA) - cuci & toskan - ketepikan
7 cawan air - guna cawan yg sama
sedikit minyak utk menumis
2sdB minyak sapi
i helai daun pandan - disimpulkan
1sdK serbuk jintan manis
1sdK serbuk jintan putih
2sdK serbuk ketumbar
1 bungkus sup bunjut

bhn hiasan
sedikit daun bawang
sedikit daun ketumbar
kurma di buang biji - & potong kecil

bhn kisar
3 ulas bwg putih
8 ulas bwg merah
sedikit halia

bhn tumis
2 bunga lawang
1 kulit kayu manis
3 buah pelaga
5 cengkih
1 biji bwg merah hiris

CARA2
masukkan beras yg ditos ke rice cooker
panaskan minyak & minyak sapi
tumis bwg merah & bhn tumis hingga naik bau
masukkan bhn kisar, jintan manis, jintan putih & serbuk ketumbar - kacau rata
masukkan air & daun pandan & sop bunjut
perasakan dgn garam & gula
masak hingga mendidih dn masukkan ke dalam rice cooker yg berisi beras tadi
masak seperti biasa
hiaskan dgn bhn hias

7 CUPS OF WATER - USE THE SAME CUP(FOR RICE & WATER MEASUREMENT)
SOME OIL
2 TBS GHEE
1 SCREWPINE LEAVE - TIED
1 TSP FENNEL POWDER
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 PACKET ''BUNJUT'' SOUP

GARNISH
SOME CORIANDER LEAVES
SOME SPRING ONION LEAVES
DESEEDED DATES - CUT TO SMALL SIZE

GROUND / BLENDED ING
3 CLOVES GARLIC
8 SHALLOTS
SOME GINGER

SAUTE ING
2 STAR ANISES
1 STICK OF CINNAMON
3 CARDAMOMS
5 CLOVES
1 ONION - SLICED

METHODS
ADD RICE IN THE RICE COOKER
HEAT SOME OIL & GHEE
SAUTE ONIONS & THE REST OF 'SAUTE' ING.
ADD GROUND / BLENDED ING, FENNEL, CUMIN & CORIANDER POWDER - STIR WELL
ADD WATER,SCREWPINE LEAF & ''BUNJUT'' SOUP
SALT & SUGAR TO TASTED
COOK TILL BOIL AND TRANSFER THE SOUP TO RICE COOKER
COOK AS USSUAL
GARNISHED WITH THE GARNISHS ING

    eh sedapnya nampak nasi berempah nie...cantik aje nasi ini...lupa pula kak nur nk bawa pinggan kosong tadi....hehe...buat muker selamba nie...hahaha.
