mango cheesecake

assalam semua...mlm br nk post n3 yea...sorry coz busy dgn schedule anak2..:)) ciscake ni buat semalam actually..but semlm x mengizinkan sy utk bersantai depan lappy..:))) talking about cheesecake, ade 2 cara, samaade yg bake or x bake....sy  suka yg x bake pny...ringkas & x bnyk songel ler nk membuatnya.., tp sy nk jg mencuba yg baked cheesecake...so jomler kita tgk ape bahan2nya:)



bahan2
- 2 cawan biskut yg telah hancur (biskut marie / digestive ,dihancurkan & di measure) - sy gunakan biscuit marie perasa coklat
- 80g mentega di cairkan
- 500g cream cheese (suhu bilik)- sy guna hanya 450g
- 3 biji telur
- 1 sdK esen vanila
- 2 sdB tepung jagung
- 3/4 cwn gula castor
- 1 biji mangga s(di ambil isi & kisar dgn 1/4 cwn gula menjadi puri) simpan 1/4 cwn puri utk glaze
- 1/4 cawan whipping krim
- 1 biji mangga didadu (optional)

mango glaze
2sdK gelatin
1/3 cwn air panas
1/4 cwn puri mangga
****larutkan gelatin & air panas, bila dh larut baru masukkan puri mangga. sebatikan dn sudukan perlahan2 kepermukaan kek & sejukkan di fridge lebih kurang 1/2 hour & bole lah di hidang.

cara2
biskut yg dihancurkan di satukan dgn mentega cair, adun serata & tekan/padatkan pada dasar baking tin (gunakan springform cake tin 9 inch) - simpan dlm fridge & sejukkan sebentar
panaskan oven pada suhu 170'c. pukul cream cheese hingga lembut, masukkan telur, gula & esen vanilla, teruskan memukul adunan masukkan krim, puri mangga & tepung jagung, pukul sebati & akhir sekali masukkan mangga yg di dadu.
seratakan & tuangkan adunan ke dalam tin yg telah berisi biskut hancur tadi.



bakar selama 40 mins. (atau bergantung pd oven masing2)
keluarkan dr oven dn biarkan sejuk...simpan dlm fridge sekurang2nya 3 jam.

selepas itu bolelah di glaze & sejukkan sebentar hingga glazenya mengeras..:))

banana chilled cheese cake

made this one on 070511.



Bhn2
BASE
1 cwn biskut hancur (biskut marie)
1/2 cwn choc chip
1/3 cup mentega, dicairkan (kt microwave pun bole)

500 gm cream cheese (biarkan pd suhu bilik)
2 sudu teh gelatine yg dilarutkan dgn 1/4 cwn air panas (yg betul2 panas...br lps mendidih gitu) - masa nak masukkan dlm cream cheese baru kita larutkan gelatine

1 tin susu pekat (400gm) ...(agak2 krn skrg smua susu dlm tin yg tinggi tu. 505gram.)
1/3 cwn lemon jus
2 sudu besar parutan kulit lemon.

Cara2
tepi loyang sapukan dgn margarine/butter dn dustkan/taburkan sikit tepung
supaya sng nk klur nnt.

campurkan biskut marie yg hancur, choc chip
& mentega cair
tekan2 dn padatkan pd base loyang
**sebenarnya utk base ni tebal sikit pun bole.
susun potongan pisang di atas biskut tadi
sejukkan dlm fridge

pukul creamcheese sampai lembut,
masukkan larutan gelatine,
susu pekat, lemon jus dn parutan lemon.
pukul smpi adunan sama rata.

tuangkan sedikit kt atas base yg dh kita sejukkan tadi.
addkan potongan pisang berselang seli dgn adunan cheese smpi adunan abis.
lepas tu simpan balik dlm fridge semalaman atau 4 jam.
bila dah sejuk bole dihidang

** biskut marie tu lebih kurang 12 to 16 kpg...klu nk lebih hancurkan lebih.


ok tgk pd pic sy tu...konon nk wat caramel ler...tapi manis sngt...next time wat x perlu caramel krn pisang &cheese tu dh mmg perfect dah.....so tu kira FAIL ler!! hehe

sy plg suka cheese cake yg x yah bake...as normal ler skala kemalasan tu amat tinggi...tapi bab makan uishhhh rajin amat :)


Bahan2
SW Roll secukupnya - dipotong nipis utk dijadikan dasar dn keliling.
Keep in fridge for chill purpose.


Cream Cheese
-500 gm cream cheese (suhu bilik)
-2 sudu teh gelatine yg dilarutkan dgn
1/4 cwn air panas (yg betul2 panas...br lepas mendidih gitu)
-Susu pekat (400gm) - bole dikurangkan
-1/3 cwn lemon jus
-2 sudu besar parutan kulit lemon

Cara2
Pukul cream cheese sampai lembut,
masukkan larutan gelatine,
susu pekat, lemon jus dn parutan lemon. Pukul smpi adunan sama rata.

Tuangkan kat atas base yg dh kita sejukkan tadi....
lepas tu simpan balik dlm fridge semalaman or (klu x sabar 4 jam pun bole)

chilled cheese cake with fresh fruit

made dis for hubby besday (270511). it's a simple chilled cheesecake, the twist is only top it with jelly and fresh fruit. it so easy to prepare yet so yummy.


attached herewith is step by step pic, which i made at hubby's apartment (i believed it was in nov 10)


PIC 1
crumbled biscuit marie (coffee flav.) 25pcs or more +
1/3 cup choc chip +
1/3 cup melted butter
make as a base -> keep chilled in fridge (1/2 hr)

PIC 2
250grm cream cheese (room temp) +
200grm cond. milk +
1tBs lemon juice -> lightly beat

PIC 3
1/2tBs gelatin dissolve with 2tBs hot water

PIC 4
add gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture - mix well

PIC 5 & PIC 6
pour on the base - keep in fridge till it slightly hard to line fresh fruit on it &
gently poke the fresh fruit in the cheese mixture

u can use instant jelly mixture or

cook jelly as this recipe
5 grm jelly powder
500ml to 600ml water
1/3 cup sugar

put all ing. in a pot and add colour and flavour as desired.

before spooning the jelly, u can poke with a fork the cheese surface
gently spoon jelly mixture to the cheese.

keep in the fridge for about 3 hour or till the jelly hard enough to cut


this one i made with differ flavour such as mango, strawberry and kiwi

strawberry mini cheesecake


buat ni dh lama dah (170211)..tq buat yan yg sudi share recipe & pic to dis recipe:))

part yg besh tu , senang dn simple jer cara dia..
x amik masa lama pun
so fren smua bole cuba mencuba :)


Ing. /Bahan2
250g cream cheese (suhu bilik)
1/3 cwn gula castor
1 telur
1 sdK Vanilla Extract
1/4 sdK Pure Almond Extract
Red Food Color
8 vanilla wafers or chocolate wafers
Melted chocolate (optional)
Fresh or frozen raspberries (optional) - CHA swapped to strawberry


cara2 nk buat base mini cheesecake
sy jg gunakan biskut oreo & biskut marie

panaskan oven (170'c), pukul cream cheese & gula hingga kembang

pic 2 & pic 3
masukkan telur
masukkan perasa almond, pewarna merah pukul hingga adunan serata

pic 4
sudukan adunan ke cup liner bakar 20 mins atau hingga kekuningan

pic 5
mini cheesecake yg dh siap..sejukkan di atas redai
simpan di fridge utk 4 hrs (klu sempat lerrr yea..hehehe...)
