ayam bumbu bali / chicken with bali's spcies

salam semua
lunch for me & kids
kalau ita gunakan daging but saya tukar ke ayam jer
rasanya mmg sedap & yg penting x pedas ...so anak2 saya bole layan..also bahan2nya x de lah complicated sangat

bhn2
6 ke 8 ketul ayam - saya gunakan 2 kpg dada ayam -
*** ayam diperap dgn garam & kunyit - di goreng sebentar (goreng separuh masak)
25OML SANTAN - sy gunakan 200ml saja
3 helai daun limau purut
2 sdB kicap pekat

bhn kisar
5 biji buah keras
8 biji cili merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 sdt kunyit serbuk
Garam dan kicap manis rasa
Minyak untuk menumis
Tomato dipotong 4
bawang besar potong bulat.

Cara2
panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar hingga naik minyak dan garing sedikit.
Masukkan santan dan daun limau purut, kacau sebati dan biar hingga kuah agak pekat.
Masukkan ayam.
Masukkan garam, kicap pekat dan kicap manis secukup rasa
Masukkan tomato dan bawang besar yg dipotong bulat.
Biarkan mendidih sebentar & bolehlah dihidang.

6 TO 8 PCS CHICKEN - I USED 2PCS CHICKEN BREAST(cut to bite size)
*****marinated (20m mins )chicken with tumeric & some salt - fried chicken 1/2 cook (approximately 4 to 6 mins)
250ml COCONUT MILK - i used only 200ml
3 pcs kaffir lime leaves
2 TBS thick soy sauce
1 onion - sliced
1 or 2 tomato - halved 4
4 TBS cooking oil


blend ing.
5 candlenut
8 red chilies
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1 tsp tumeric powder 
salt & sweet soy sauce to taste


methods
- heat oil - saute blended ING - saute till the oil separated (approximately 10 mins)
- add coconut milk & kaffir lime leaves (roughly tear) stir well & let the gravy thicken
- add chicken
- add salt, soy sauce to taste
- add tomatoes & sliced onion
- turn off stoved & ready to serve
