STEAMED BUTTER CAKE LAYER with NUTELLA SPREAD / KEK MENTEGA KUKUS bersama NUTELLA


ASSALAMUALAIKUM

saya sangat2 teruja apabila mencuba cake ni dan hasilnya amat2 ler sedap . seriusly x tiffu.. kek ni memang berbaloi mencuba, sooo yummy sooo moist ..seperti yg dikatakan oleh anak2 saya.

saya kukus guna container plastic segi4, (51/2 inci x 51/2 inci)


STEAMED BUTTER CAKE LAYER with NUTELLA SPREAD / KEK MENTEGA KUKUS lapis NUTELLA
recipe : sasharahmat

Bahan2
2 telur
100 gm mentega - suhu bilik
1sdk esen vanila
1/2 cawan gula castor
1 cawan tepung kek
1 sdK double action baking powder
75ml susu sejat
3 sdB horlicks
sedikit garam
3 pewarna pilihan

Cara2
pukul mentega dan gula
masukkan telur satu persatu - pukul lagi
masukkan esen vanila
masukkan tepung, garam & double action baking powder yg telah di ayak terlebih dahulu
masukkan susu cair dan horlicks & kacau menggunakan spatula
kacau rata dan bahagikan kpd 3 bahagian , campurkan dgn pewarna
kemudian masukkan kedalam bekas dan hentak sedikit adunan utk kurangkan udara, dan di kukus.
kukus selama 10 ke 12 minit (atau hingga masak)
biarkan semua lapisan sejuk barulah disapukan permukaan lapisan dgn nutella

pudding caramel & chocolate cappuccino cake



tada.da.da.da.da....terliur x tgk pic tu..jom jom pakat buat :) ...
utk adunan ini sy dapat 19 biji mini kek dgn pan {size 2 inci (lebih kurang 5 cm)}
dan ade sebekas kecil lebih adunan kek coklatnya..so sy kukus plain sahaja..still sedap dimkn.


dah lama x buat kek karamel kan? kelmarin  terpndg pic sha fizi dgn kek karamel comey2 nya..terasa nak buat tapi seru rajin x de stok....hari ni terhengen jgk nak buat..so sy buat ler ..
kek karamel mini version saya bole refer kat sini.
kali ni sy nak buat puddingnya tebal & dgn cake berperisa coklat capucino pula. saya jg menggunakan kaedah kukus sahaja.

PUDDING CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE CAPPUCCINO CAKE 

bahan2 caramel
1/3 cwn gula - jika gunakan loyang besar boleh kurangkan qty gulanya
1/3 cwn air panas
cara2
didalam 1 pot masak gula hingga perang & masukkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit - klu suka cair boleh habiskan air tu.. ..sudukan sesudu kecil (atau hingga menutupi dasar loyang - sy gunakan pan 2 inci)
SAPUKAN KELILING PAN DGN SEDIKIT MINYAK untuk mengelakkan kek coklat kita melekat.



bahan2 pudding
4 telur
3/4 cawan susu pekat
1 cawan susu/susu cair
1 sdK esen vanila
1 sdB tepung jagung - dilarutkan dgn sedikit air

cara2
pukul telur dn satukan semua bahan - pukul ringan, tapiskan sebelum dimasukkan pd pan yg berisi caramel tadi.
KUKUS selama lebih kurang 10mins...jika dh masak kecilkan api
angkat pengukus ambil garfu, carik2 kan permukaan pudding. kemudian perlahan2 sudukan pula adunan kek coklat. kukus selama 20 mins atau hingga masak.

cake chocolate - sy gunakan 1/2 adunan dr recipe asal cuma sy x masukkan susu pekat krn dh cukup manis hasil dr gula tu.

bahan2
2 telur
1/2 cwn gula pasir - pd yg suka manis boleh tmbh
1/2 cwn minyak masak

bahan ayak
1 cawan tepung gandum
1/4 cwn susu tepung
1/2 cwn serbuk koko
1/2 sdK baking powder
1/4 sdK bica soda

1/2 cawan air panas
11/2 sdK perisa capucino

cara2
pukul ringan telur bersama minyak, susu & gula
masukkan bhn ayak & perisa capucino , masukkan air panas dn kacau serata.
sudukan perlahan2 ke dlm pan yg berisi pudding tadi. kukus selama 20 mins.

chocolate kek with peppermint buttercream

ASSALAMUALAIKUM readers:))

''...ku lihat ijauuuuuuu''...terlebih kaler pny kes...sedih tgk kan warnanya...tapi disebabkan ade flavour mint tu dpt ler jgk cover ''kewierdan'' rupa slice kek ni.....

gabungan mint dn coklat kan mmg sedap kan...so pada yg mencuba bole jer marblekan , saya cuma membakar lapisan hijau dan lapisan coklat asing2..lepas tu sy sapukan buttercream perisa coklat utk mencantum lapisan....next time klu nk buat maybe sy akan buat cara marblekan jer kek ni...


1- lapisan coklat dibawah sekali dilapisi dgn buttercream coklat  
2-lapisan hijau perasa peppermint dn dilapisi dgn peppermint buttercream
3-lapisan kek coklat dn topping dgn peppermint buttercream dn taburan choc chip.












bahan2
1/3 cwn buttermilk
2 telur
125gm mentega
1 cawan gula

sedikit pewarna hijau & perasa peppermint
1/4 cwn serbuk koko
2 sdB buttermilk

bahan ayak
1 1/2 cwn tepung
1 sdK soda bicabonate
1 sdK baking powder

cara2
pukul mentega & gula hingga kembang
masukkan telur satu persatu
masukkan bahan yg diayak
masukkan buttermilk - pukul sekejap

ambil 2 ke 3 senduk adunan campurkan dgn pewarna hijau & perasa peppermint
alaskan loyang pembakar (sy gunakan loyang 8 x 8 x 1) dgn baking paper dn tuang adunan ke dlm loyang
bakar pada suhu 180'c selama 5mins atau hingga masak.

baki adunan di campurkan dgn serbuk koko & 2 sdB buttermilk
alaskan loyang pembakar (sy gunakan loyang 8 x 8 x 1) dgn baking paper dn tuang adunan ke dlm loyang
bakar pada suhu 180'c selama 5mins atau hingga masak. ..**utk lapisan coklat sy bakar sebanyak 2 loyang utk dapatkan 2 lapisan.

RAINBOW CAKE

baked by my dear girl kak BABY...bersungguh2 betul dia nk buat...between schooling & baking...she did try her best to finish the icing process

follow cara nk buat heart tu from link di sini.
tapi cake she used white cake only
utk icingnya pula baby cuma guna buttercream icing sahaja.

BRAVO TO U BABY..semua suka dgn kek ni!! awesome!!

strawberry chiffon cake

as salam semua....hope semuanya sihat2 selalu..sure dah lunch kan...smbl tu fikir2 nk buat ape utk minum ptg...utk sy dn anak2 hr ni masih lagi dgn mood chiffon cake..anak2 suka ler pulak chiffon kek recipe ni..or mybe dorang mkn panas2 kut:))

cuma sy tukarkan flavour dn jg kurangkan gulanya

 utk yg ni sy gunakan baking tin yg kecil size 16cm jer.


bahan2
BAHAN A
6 biji kuning telur
2/3 cawan minyak masak / mazola
2/3 cawan susu cair
½ sudu teh garam
3/4 cawan gula pasir
sedikit pewarna pink & perasa strawberry
2 cawan tepung diayak bersama 2 sudu teh baking powder


BAHAN B
6 biji putih telur
2/3 cawan gula pasir
1 sdK  cream of tar tar

cara2
satukan bahan A...satukan hingga tidak berbintil

bhn B
pukul putih telur hingga berbuih masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit smbl terus memukul
masukkan cream of tar tar ..pukul lagi hingga adunan menjadi meringue - stiff
satukan bhn A dgn bhn B dgn cara kaup - (fold).
masukkan kedlm loyang pembakar (di oles loyang dgn minyak) 
dn bakar pd suhu 180'c 40 mins atau lebih (bergantung pd oven masing2)
klurkan dr oven dn sejukkan loyang pada redai..








adunan yg lebih tu sy masukkan dlm baking tin bulat size 7

pandan chiffon cake

as salamualaikum...hr ni nk share chiffon kek lak..dh lama terpandang recipe ni tapi aura nk buat x mai lerr
bila tgk cik ASKIEYA vogue vass buat..tu yg terhingin terus nk buat..sedang elok klur dr oven x dan pun nk kasik betul2 sejuk..anak2 dah balik dn dh makan nasi..terus dorang tny bole mkn x mummy kek ni...hemm x sampai ati kan..jadiknya terbalikkan jg dlm keadaan masih suam2 panas tu...
ALHAMDULLILAH mmg sedap  kek ni..cuma pd selera sy manis sikit lerr..tp tu x pe bole dikurangkan gulanya..:))

bahan2
BAHAN A

orange & choc. cake

assalam semua. hari ni saya cuma baking oren kek jer..moistnya!!!  recipe ni sy ikut recipe dr kek peach ni
basic nye jer the rest tmbh2 ler sendiri...:))


ingredients
150 gm butter (room temp)
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
100 ml evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup self raising flour
juice from 1 orange
grated orange peel (from 1 orange)
1 tsp orange flavour (optional)
1 tbsp choc emulco

methods
pre heat oven 170'c
beat butter & sugar till soft, add in egg one at a time, continue beat the mixture, add in orange juice, grated rind & orange flavour ,add in sifted flour alternately with evaporated milk. mix well  & divide mixture to 2 part
add in choc emulco to 1 part of the mixture & transfer cake mixture to 7 x 7 baking tin (grease / baking paper). bake for 40 mins (or more depend to yr oven).


bahan2

jus dr 1 oren
1 sdK esen oren
parutan kulit oren dr 1 biji oren
1 sdB coklat emulco

cara2
panaskan oven 170'c
pukul mentega dgn gula hingga kembang, masukkan telur 1 persatu, teruskan memukul adunan
masukkan jus oren, parutan kulit oren & esen oren, masukkan tepung berselang seli dgn susu cair
kacau sebati & bahagikan 2 adunan, sebahagiannya masukkan emulco coklat & tuangkan adunan ke baking tin (7 x 7) - di griskan & alaskan dgn baking paper, bakar selama 40 min  atau bergantung pd oven masing2

lemon yoghurt cake

assalamualaikum semua
lamaaaaa rasanya x membaking...hati risau sebenarnya...so baking ni dapat alihkan sikit perhatian saya pada benda yg di fikir...selesai membaking ade rasa kepuasan, lagi happy bila keknya menjadi......tmbh2 gumbira dn ilang stress bila dpt menjamahnya .... (bukan menjamahhhh ...tapi lebih kpd melahap!!!...mau x nye smpi 2 ptg mknnya...makk aiiii......hamekk ko) hehehehe!!



klu tgk pada bhn2nya pun x bnyk, dn cara2 buatnya also x rumit.


kek ni rasanya mmg sedappppp (X TIFFU PUN)..lembut , rasa citrus pada lemon, manis pd frosting.... is a perfect combination..... to me, IT'S A KEEPER!!!


recipe : DONNA HAY



 bahan2
3/4 cwn minyak sayuran (sy guna minyak masak biasa jer)
2 telur
1 cawan plain yoghurt 
1 sdB parutan kulit lemon
2 sdB jus lemon
1 3/4 cwn gula castor (sy guna 1 1/2 cup)
2 cwn tepung naik sendiri




cara2
panaskan oven 180'c (sy panaskan kesuhu 170'c)
satukan semua bahan yg berwarna merah - pukul rata hingga sebati
masukkan tepung yg telah di ayak - kacau sebati & tuangkan pada 'baking tin' pilihan anda, griskan baking tin & alaskan baking tin dgn baking paper.
bakar hingga masak - 35 mins (sy 45 mins)
keluarkan dn semasa kek masih lagi hangat keluarkan dari 'baking tin' & letakkan di pinggan
sudukan lemon frosting ke atas kek & biarkan seketika.
hidang semasa panas.

I CWN TPG NAIK SENDIRI = 1 cwn tepung gandum + 1sdK baking powder + 1/2 sdK garam+ 1/4 sdK soda bicabonate


suhu & tempoh membakar bergantung pada oven masing2 ok:))


lemon frosting

3/4 cwn gula icing
1/4 cwn jus lemon

*** satukan dan kacau hingga sebati - process ni bole buat masa kek dah masak...jgn buat dulu kerana frosting bole mengeras.
sy cuma guna 1/2 cwn gula icing dn secukup jus lemon (x bole cair sngt nnt x jadi)

CAKE CARAMEL - new version of pudding caramel

i recreated a smooth sweet & THICK layer of caramel pudding just to satisfied my own definition of dessert world...(in my own tummy world to be exact)!! ihikss
and i still keep the same recipe for the cake mixture  (slightly changes)

there are 4 parts in this recipe.
first is the caramel sugar, then the pudding, followed by the cake mix &  finally the meringue
let check out the ingredients & step by step pic as below


PART 1 - the caramel

2 tbsp of sugar

add sugar to the 8 x 3 baking tin
direct heat from the stove
melt sugar till it turn to brown
(keep stove fire medium)
- put aside







PART 2 - the pudding

 ingredients
3 yolks - (keep the white egg)
2 eggs
1 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla essence



methods
combine all & hand whisk

due to cond. milk used , i skipped the castor sugar:))











then strained the mixture into sugar caramel

ignore the ''cracking'' sound that occur when pouring the mixture
it's happen due to the ''clashing'' hot & cold temperature.




PART 3 - cake mixture

ingredients
3 yolks - keep the white
135ml water
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 castor sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
*** sift together baking powder & flour




methods
combine & hand whisk all the ingredients except the sifted flour & baking powder
then gradually  add flour & continue whisk till the mixture well combined.



PART 4 - the meringues


6  white eggs
1/3 cup of castor sugar
1 tsp cream of tar tar




methods

beat egg white till foam
then gradually add in castor sugar , continue beating eggs
add in cream of tar tar , beat the mixture till it turn to the stiffed foam (refer pic below)

**** make sure all your utensils are dry
and yolk are well separately.









pic 4 to 6
then combine meringue with the cake mixture - folded method
at this point u can add what ever flavour as u wish

when the mixture is well combine u can separate them to 2 (or more)
and add in colour as u wish.

meanwhile switch on oven to 170'c





slowly scoop the mixture & pour it to the pudding mixture. the meringue mixture will be floating on the pudding mixture. keep on scooping & pouring the mixture till it finished.





using steam bath / bain marie method, put baking tin with the cake mixture onto the larger baking tin. 
pour hot water into the external baking tin.
(use the very  bottom rack in your oven.)
bake for 45 mins to 55 mins (depends on your oven) - i baked it till 1 hour 20 mins with 160'c...

really not ''INTO'' it coz the caramel pudding come out not as thick as i wished....so i prefer the round type baking tin instead of square type.
