daging masak kunyit / beef cooked with tumeric

500gm daging - hiris nipis
1 biji bwg besar  - hiris
1 capsicum - hiris
1 lada merah - hiris
2 sdB serbuk kunyit
1 ulas bwg putih - hiris
sedikit halia - hiris
2 sdB oyster sos
garam secukup rasa

cara2
perap sekejap daging dgn serbuk kunyit
goreng daging hingga empuk - bole tmbh air jika terlalu kering
angkat & ketepikan daging
tumis bwg putih &halia
masukkan bwg besar, lada merah & capsicum
masukkan daging
masukkan oyster sos & garam secukup rasa
masak sebentar & bole dihidang

500GM BEEF - SLICED THIN
1 ONION - SLICED
1 CAPSICUM - SLICED
1 RED CHILI - SLICED
2 TBS TUMERIC POWDER
1 CLOVE GARLIC - SLICED
1 INCH GINGER - SLICED
2 TBS OYSTER SAUCE
SALT TO TASTED

METHODS
MARINATED BEEF WITH TUMERIC POWDER
COOK BEEF TILL TENDER - ADD SOME WATER TO AVOID THE MEAT TOO DRY
PUT D BEEF ASIDE
USE THE SAME WOK, HEAT SOME OIL
SAUTE GARLIC, GINGER, ONION, CHILI ^ CAPSICUMS
ADD BEEF, OYSTER SAUCE & SALT TO TASTED
COOK FOR A WHILE & READY TO SERVED
