alhamdullilah dah masuk hari ke 12 kita berpuasa. sekejap jer kan..pasti masing2 dh sibuk nak berbiskut mengcookies....sy belum mula lagi walau inti tart dh buat...
hr ni nak share menu satay goreng..MIL rajin buat satay goreng..mil akan simpan stok & frozenkan, utk hidangan tetamu waktu raya.

800gm ayam / daging - dipotong kecil size satay
400gm lemak ayam / tetelan - dipotong kecil jg
bhn kisar halus
3 labu bwg besar
5 ulas bwg putih
6 btg serai hiris kasar
lengkuas - anggaran sejari
halia - anggaran 1/2 jari
***kisar halus dgn sedikit air
bhn A
3 sdK serbuk kunyit
3 sdB serbuk ketumbar
2 sdB serbuk jintan manis
2 sdB serbuk jintan putih
garam & gula secukup rasa
3 sdB minyak masak
3 sdB lada sulah
1/4 cwn gula merah
cara2
satukan bhn kisar dgn semua bahan yg lain kemudian satukan sama rata bhn ke ayam / daging & perapkan ayam / daging selama 1 hari
panaskan minyak & goreng satay seperti kita menumis. gunakan api sederhana,, kacau rata selalu & apabila satay dh sedikit kering tutup api & bole dihidang.
** lagi elok kalau kita gunakan non stick pan:))

5 cloves of garlic
6 stick lemongrass roughly sliced
3 cm galangal peel & roughly sliced
3cm fresh ginger peel & roughly sliced
***combine all ing & blended to fine paste
800gm meat / chicken breast - cut cube to bite size
ingredient A
3 tbsp tumeric powder
3 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp fennel powder
2 tbsp cumin powder
salt to taste
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp white pepper powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
methods
in a large bowl place meat, ground ing. & ing. A.
marinated at least 2 hours. taste even better if marinated them for a night.
heat 1/4 cup cooking oil in a non stick pan, fried the marinated meat / chicken
saute them with a low heat till the ingredients a bit dried & thicked
served ''fried satay'' with ketupat (compressed rice), cucumber, onion & ''sambal kacang'' (spicy peanut sauce)
dan sudah semestinya satay dumakan bersama sambal kacang / kuah kacang , nasi impit, timun & bwg.
