perasakan secukupnya
klu inti terlalu berair..bole addkan campuran tpg gandum utk pekat
bila dh msk - sejukkan
then bole ler di buat inti

tube pasta with asparagus

tube pasta...mcm2 ler nama pasta ni..sy mmg x brp gemar pasta2 actually..tapi ank2 mmg fav.dgn pasta meal ..yg ni sy cooked for lunch (190211)


bahan2
1- parmesan cheese - utk di tabur semasa dihidang
2- deli chicken - secukupnya
3- thyme herb - 2 sdK
4- asparagus 1 ikat - dibersihkan dn potong (ikut suka)
5- bwg putih - dihiris / crash
6- tube pasta rebus & toskan
7- 1/2 cup heavy cream
8- garam & b/pepper secukup rasa



1- potong deli chicken
2- tumis bwg putih & masukkan ayam
3- masukkan asparagus
4- masukkan cream ,herbs, garam & black pepper (pd yg suka bole add chic cube)
5- masukkan pasta..klu kering sngt addkan sedikit air dn sedikit cream lagi
6- hidang dn taburkan parmesan cheese

spaghetti with pumpkin & feta cheese

our lunch 180211


bahan2
1- feta cheese - bole didapati di pasaraya
2- olive oil
3- spaghetti - direbus & tos
4- red bell pepper - dihiris
5- bwg putih dihiris
6- 1 sdK italian herb,garam, b/pepper secukup rasa
7- 1 kiub ikan bilis/ayam
8- labu dipotong & dibersihkan


1- labu diperasakn dgn sedikit garam & italian herb
2- bakar 15 mins atau hingga masak - ketepikan
3- panaskan minyak zaiton & tumis bwg putih
4- masukkan red bell pepper, garam sedikit & kuib ikan bilis / ayam
5- masukkan spaghetti - (boleh tmbh sedikit air klu kering sngt)
6- bila dh cukup masak bole transferkan spaghetti ke dlm bowl
7- masukkan labu tadi & feta cheese

** garam x perlu letak bnyk kerana feta cheese dh mmg masin

jika suka bole adkan kuib ayam - rasa sos jika dh ok...
3- masukkan clam & spaghetti
4- masukan bell pepper & cherry tomato
tutup api & bole dihidang

bakar pd suhu 170'c - 10 mins atau hingga kuning keperangan

- 1/2 cwn / 113 gm butter
- 1 1/2 cwn gula castor
- 2 telur
- 1 sdk esen vanilla
- 1 cwn / 240ml buttermilk
- 2 sdB pewarna merah
- 1 sdK apple cider
- 1 sdK baking soda

ayak tepung, cocoa powder & garam - ketepikan
pukul butter, masukkan gula ..pukul lagi

ADUNAN PUTIH TELUR (MERINGUE)

1/3 cwn castor sugar
1 sudu kecil cream of tartar

pukul putih telur dulu hingga kembang kembang sikit
masukkan gula castor pukul lagi
akhir baru masukkan cream of tartar.

buat ni dh lama dah (170211)..tq buat yan yg sudi share recipe & pic to dis recipe:))

part yg besh tu , senang dn simple jer cara dia..
x amik masa lama pun
so fren smua bole cuba mencuba :)


Ing. /Bahan2
250g cream cheese (suhu bilik)
1/3 cwn gula castor
1 telur
1 sdK Vanilla Extract
1/4 sdK Pure Almond Extract
Red Food Color
8 vanilla wafers or chocolate wafers
Melted chocolate (optional)
Fresh or frozen raspberries (optional) - CHA swapped to strawberry


cara2 nk buat base mini cheesecake
sy jg gunakan biskut oreo & biskut marie

panaskan oven (170'c), pukul cream cheese & gula hingga kembang

masukkan telur
masukkan perasa almond, pewarna merah pukul hingga adunan serata

sudukan adunan ke cup liner bakar 20 mins atau hingga kekuningan

apple muffin

bahan A
1 telur
1/2 cwn minyak masak
3/4 cwn buttermilk ATAU susu
1 sdB serbuk kayu manis
2 sdK serbuk buah pala
**pukul ringan semua bhn

2 cwn tepung naik sendiri (SRF)
3/4 cup gula castor
**satukan dn seratakan bahan

dlm mangkuk berisi tepung..buatkan satu lubang di
tgh2 tepung & tuangkan bahan A

masukkan 1 cwn APPLE hijau yg diparut kasar

kacau adunan (tidak lebih dari 20 kali)

bakar pd suhu 170'c (20 to 25 min) depend pd oven masing2

banana & choc chip muffin

bakar pd suhu 170'c (20 to 25 min) depend pd oven masing2

jst wanna share kat sini jer..ok jgk eh:))



1- isi ayam (bahagian dada) perasakan dgn garam & black pepper
pastikan tidak terlalu tebal supaya masak serata
telur 2 biji pukul sebentar -add sikit garam
bread crumb (sy xde stok bread crumb, so sy guna biskut cream cracker jer)

2- celup ayam dgn telur

3- salut dgn biskut cream cracker

4- panaskan pan dgn sedikit butter/minyak & goreng ayam tadi
** bila dh kuning , bole kecilkan api , supaya ayam masak (tapi cha buat shortcut jer..bila ayam dh cukup garing cha masukkan isi ayam 1 min to 2 min ke m/wave)


UTK GRAVY (samada mushroom flavour atau herbs) bole refer di sini

STEAMED CORN
1- Jagung kernel frozen utk dikukus / klu nak guna yg fresh pun bole
2- Bila dh siap kukus , addkan sedikit garam & butter. Kacau rata dn bole ler dihidang

cara2 dia easy jer
refer pic nun:))


1) -
susu
1 sdB cuka / lemon juice

2) -
didlm measuring cup (yg berukuran 1 cwn)
masukkan cuka

3) -
masukkan susu hingga paras 1 cwn

4) -
transfer susu ke gelas yg lebih tinggi

5) -
tggu sebentar

6) -
buttermilk dh ready
