ayam goreng sos bijan


assalamualaikum buat semua

AYAM GORENG SOS BIJAN
recipe by mummy cha

BAHAN2
10 ketul ayam dibersihkan & ditoskan
perap ayam dgn lada sulah dan garam

didalam satu bekas tupperware satukan
1/4 cawan tpg jagung
1/2 cawan tepung gandum
sedikit garam & lada sulah
1 sdK kunyit serbuk
1 sdK secukup rasa
*** seratakan bhn ini

ambil 4 ketul ayam dan masukkan kedlm bekas tupperware, tutup dan 'shake' / goncang
bekas hingga ayam bersalut tepung dgn sempurna
panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam hingga kekuningan - kaedah deep fry
** jika suka pedas boleh tambahkan serbuk paprika atau serbuk cili
**tupperware bole digantikan dgn plastic bag zip lock.


SOS BIJAN
bahan2
1 cawan lada kisar
3 sdB cuka
2 ulas bwg putih - kisar halus
garam secukup rasa
1/2 cwn gula - jika masih pedas tambahkan lagi gula
1 sdK secukup rasa
1 sdB minyak bijan
2 sdB bijan yg telah disangai

cara2
didlm periuk satukan semua bahan kecuali minyak bijan & bijan
masak hingga likat , jika sudah likat tutup api..
masukkan minyak bijan dan bijan.
bila dh sejuk bole simpan di jar dan simpan di peti sejuk

**tmbhkan gula garam ikut pd citarasa masing2
rasa sos ini - masam manis pedas
sos ini jg sesuai dimakan dengan kerang rebus / ikan bakar

MINI PUFF AYAM




ASSALAMUALAIKUM semua
hari ni saya nak share mini puff ayam.. short cut pny keja utk munchies for my kids


MINI PUFF AYAM

BAHAN2
puff pastry - dinyahbekukan
2 keping burger ayam - dinyahbeku & hancurkan
1 biji bwg putih hiris halus
1/2 biji bwg besar didadu kecil
1 biji cili merah buang biji hiris nipis
1 biji cili hijau buang biji hiris nipis
garam & lada sulah secukup rasa
2 sd besar tepung gandum di larutkan dgn sedikit air

1 telur di pukul ringan
sedikit bijan




CARA2
panaskan sedikit minyak di kuali
tumis bwg putih & bwg merah hingga layu
masukkan cili hiris dan daging ayam
kacau rata dn tmbhkan garam jg lada sulah secukup rasa
masukkan bancuhan tepung dan kacau rata.
tutup api dan ketepikan inti - tapis inti supaya tiada lebihan minyak atau air

jika inti telah sejuk,
ambil puff pastry potong 2 , sudukan inti dan gulung
atur di atas dulang pembakar yg dialas dgn baking paper
sapukan telur kuning dan taburkan bijan
bakar pd suhu 170'c selama 15 mins atau hingga masak

PRETZELS SNACK BITE



assalamualaikum semua

aidilfitri yang lepas banyak biskut baru di pasaran. termasuklah biskut pretzels kan?
sebenarnya rasa hati teringin nak rasa bila kawan fb yan tunjukkan gambar tu...aii  walawei lawa lak dlm hati kata.. biskut tu ade kaler pepel arr..
lepas tu kk sherry pun kata anak2 makan sedap ade rasa masin ...
bila my gal si kecik tu tgk pic ..terus ler tanya macam2 soklan..actually mata dia cuma nmpk purple color jer... hehe coz dia suka kaler pepel yg mcm lembut2 gitu..but in the same time kaler merah tetap no 1 pilihan dia..


so pendekkan story..
saya x buat pun biskut pretzels tu...
walau a few recipe sy dh jumpa.

saya beli mini pretzels di jaya grocer dengan harga rm12.90.

1 packet tu ade kurang lebih 165pcs.

then saya jst dip pretzels tu dengan white choc & choc..the rest tu letak sprikle & choc rice.

shepherd pastry pie




sheppard pastry pie
recipe by : mummy cha

ing. for filling
1 carrot roughly grated
400 gm ground beef
1 garlic chopped
1 onion chopped
salt & blackpepper to taste
100 gm tomato paste

methods
in a non stick pan, without oil cook ground beef till change colour - put aside
heat pan with some cooking oil, fry garlic and onion till brown
add tomato paste and carrot - stir
add ground beef - continuing stiring
add salt & b/pepper , taste the food, cook till it perfect
off stove

MASHED POTATOES

 cover muffin tray with pastry. prick bottom pastry with fork
 heat oven 180'c. pastry ready to bake
baked for 15 to 20 mins till golden brown.

 pastry ready to add filling
 put a spoonful of filling in the pastry
cover filling with mashed potatoes & sprinkle with some grated cheese (moza & cheedar)


 bake for 5 mins or till the cheese melt

served hot
enjoy your pie!!

NASI GORENG HAILAM / HAILAM FRIED RICE



HAILAM FRIED RICE
recipe : mummy cha

ING
2 bowl rice - medium size bowl
1 garlic crush
1 egg - lightly beat
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
sesame oil to taste

METHODS
heat wok/pan
add some cooking oil & fry garlic, add egg & scramble
in a bowl combine rice, light soy sauce & sweet soy sauce - mix well & pour
to wok/pan & continue fry the rice till cook
off stove & add in sesame oil  - put aside



HAILAM GRAVY
10 prawn - clean them and put aside
4 squids - clean them , cut to bite size and put aside
1/2 carrot - dice / cut as desire
1/2 bunch of cauliflower
1/2 green/red/yellow bell pepper - cut & clean
1 cup cabbage
*** add fish ball or fish cake if  you like

1 garlic - chopped fine
1/2 onion - chopped fine
light soy sauce to taste
1 tbsp black thick soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
white pepper to taste
sesame oil to taste
2 tbsp corn flour dilute in 1/4 cup water (corn starch)

METHODS
heat some oil in wok / pan
fry onion & garlic till fragrance add 1/2 cup of water let it boil, then
add all vege , squids & prawn
add oyster, light & thick soy sauce
add white pepper to taste & add corn starch
boil & off stove & add in sesame oil

scoop some rice in a plate / bowl & pour hailam gravy
garnish with some spring onion.



BANANA MUFFIN



BANANA MUFFIN

ING. A
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp bicabornat soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup choc chips

ING. B
2 eggs - lightly beat
1/2 cup cooking oil / corn oil
1 cup mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla essence

METHODS
pre heat oven 180'c
in mixing bowl COMBINE ALL ING. A (make a well in the centre)
pour ING B in the well.
mix well (not more than 20 times)
pour mixing in cup liner
bake for 20 mins to 25 mins (depends on oven)

MUFFINS for breakfast today!!!

potato salad



POTATO SALAD

ING
6 potatoes - peeled & cut to bite size - boil till tender
1 tomato (can sub with cherry tomatoes) - cut to bite size
some lettuce or cabbage - roughly tear
2 hardboiled eggs - halving egg to 4


SALAD DRESSING
2 to 3 tbsp mayonis
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
some blackpepper to taste
**** combined all


METHODS
in salad bowl combine potatoes, tomato & lettuce or cabbage
add in salad dressing & mix well
last, put egg on the top.
