dory sweet sour

assalam semua
tentu dh ade menu utk fmly berbukakan....x kira lah berbuka dgn juadah yg dimasak atau berbuka dgn juadah yg dibeli..tetap seronok berbuka dgn family. semlm sy & ank2 berbuka menu yg simple atas permintaan kak baby:)


penyediaan ikan goreng
2 kpg ikan dory dibersihkan dn potong - diperap dgn sedikit garam & lada sulah
ikan di salutkan dgn tepung - (tepung x perlu di tmbh air)
3 sdB tepung jagung + 1 sdB tpg gandum + sedikit garam,lada sulah & sedikit serbuk kunyit
goreng ikan dgn cara deep fry..

bhn2
1 btg serai - dititk
1 bwg besar - hiris
2 ulas bwg putih - hiris
1 inch halia - hiris
lada capiscum hijau - di dadu
nenas didadu - sy gunakan nenas dlm tin
carrot - di hiris
cauliflower - di potong kecil

2 sdB cili kisar - x perlu jika x suka pedas
3 sdB sos cili
6 sdB sos tomato
2 sdB sos tiram
sedikit bancuhan tepung jagung - jika perlu

cara2
tumis hingga garing halia & bwg putih & cili kisar ,masukkan serai
masukkan semua sos & masuukan 1/2 cwn air (klu gunakan nenas dlm tin, bole gunakan air nenas tersebut)
masukkan semua bhn2 sayur
perasakan dgn garam & gula & masukkan bwg besar
**jika kuah x berapa pekat tmbhkan 1 ke 2 sdB bancuhan tepung jagung
tutup api

susunkan ikan pd pinggan hidangan
tuangkan kuah diatas ikan & siap utk dihidang


how to prepare dory fish
2 large dory - halve & marinated with some salt & white pepper
in a bowl place 3 tbsp, 1 tbsp all purpose flour, salt & pepper to tasted & 1 tsp tumeric powder
then heat oil to deep fry dory fish & put on a serving plate.

ing
1 stick lemon grass - bruised
1 onion - sliced
2 cloves garlic - sliced
1 inch ginger - sliced
1 green pepper - sliced
some pineapple cut to cube - can use pineapple in canned
some carrot
some cauliflower

3 tbsp chili sauce
6 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp corn flour diluted with some water

methods
saute ginger & garlic, add lemon grass
add in all sauce & 1/2 cup of water (can used syrup from pinaapple canned)
add in all vegetables
add in salt & pepper to tasted & add onion
**if the gravy not thicked enough u can add 1 tbsp to 2 tbsp corn flour mixture
off flame...pour some gravy onto the fish & ready to served
