lepat pisang


assalamualaikum....
sedapnya makan lepat pisang..utk minum petang pun boleh kan..

jom kita tgk recipenya..mudah simple dan sedap pula!!

LEPAT PISANG
recipe dr : ctjuliez@myresipi
trm kasih pd ctjuliez yg berkongsi resipi..:)

bahan2
daun pisang secukupnya - dipotong 4 segi dn dilayukan
4 biji pisang yg dilenyek halus
70 gm / 5/8 cawan tpg gandum
30gm / 1/8 cwn gm tpg jagung
70gm / 3/8 cwn gula melaka dicincang halus
4 sdB pati santan
secubit garam

cara2
pisang yg sudah dilenyek,dicampur dgn tpg gandum,tpg jagung,gula,garam dan pati santan.
JIKA adunan terlalu lembut tmbhkan sedikit tpg gandum, jika adunan keras tmbhkan santan
sudukan adunan kedlm daun pisang. lipat daun pisang dgn kemas dan atur di periuk pengukus.
pastikan air dalam periuk kukus mendidih sebelum mengukus lepat pisang. kukus selama 10 minit atau hingga masak.

  3. Oh My! This reminded me of our sweet steamed jackfruit parcels. We also use banana preserves in this way. The colour of the banana leaves looks beautiful! Very similar; cornflour is the only ingredient we do not use in our recipe.
