TANGYUAN

what is tang yuan? read here for more info
me & my girls had it last friday, lunched at PapparRich sect 13 shah alam. (with sesame paste,peanut & red bean filling)
so...... guess what?? again ,we have it for dessert 2day in my kitchen..:)) yipieeeeee ...yay!! it turns out awesome!!!
ok let me share u the recipe...
some recipe will used rock sugar for the syrup, i just used soya bean & gula melaka similiar as we had at papparich before.



ingredients
2 cups glutinous flour
1 tbsp sugar
as enough water to make a soft dough
food colour as desire
filling - (i used pandan , red bean & ground peanut , for peanut i just add 1 tsp peanut butter & roll filling to small ball shape)

bahan2
2 cwn tepung pulut
1 sdB gula
air secukupnya utk menjadikan doh yg lembut
pewarna makanan yg disukai
inti (ikut suka pilihan , sy gunakan kcg merah, pandan & kcg tanah)
**sy gunakan sedikit peanut butter & dicampurkan dgn kcg tanah hancur utk dijadikan inti 
methods
pinch some dough press flat and add in filling, gently roll dough to a small ball shape.
boil water in pot with a pandan leaf , add in dough with filling and let it floats.(it's will float when it's cooked)
in a bowl , fill up with running tap water & transfer the floating ball in it...(let it sank & then drained it afterwards)

cara2
ambil sedikit doh & masukkan inti, bulatkan menjadi doh yg kecil
didihkan air dlm periuk dn masukkan doh2 kecil, masak hingga doh terapung & alihkan doh ke dalam mangkuk  yg berisi air paip
biarkan doh tenggelam & kemudian di angkat & ditapiskan.

  1. Sha,Kak ros biasa makan ni kat umah sis-inlaw.Kadang kak ros beli yang dah ready made kat supermarket.memang menyejukkan tekak kan?

  3. puan ros salam kk ros...sedapkak..mkn ni hangat2 tapi masa cha buat tu ade lebih simpan fridge pastu mkn mmg lagi sedap kak!!
