ikan masak singgang



Ingredients:
2 pieces horse mackerel - i used scad fish
1 lemon grass - bruised
1 onion - sliced
1 tomato - halve
1 red chili - halve
1 green chili - halve
10 ml tamarind juice
Salt to taste
500 ml water

ground / blend ing.
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1 inch turmeric

Method
Put all ingredients except fish , onion & chilies in a pot and bring to boil
Then add fish ..let it boil and add onion and chilies.
Remove from fire and serve hot with plain steamed or boiled rice.
