baked broccoli / asparagus


enjoy low carb meal for breakfast

BAKED BROCCOLI / ASPARAGUS
recipe by cha

ing
1 bunch broccoli or asparagus - cut to bite size & blanch
1 chicken sausage
1/2 onion - diced
some cheddar cheese
salt and blackpepper to tasted
5 cherry tomatoes - halves
1 egg - sunny side up


methods
preheat oven
saute onion - put aside
in a dishware , put blanched broccoli
add in saute onion
add in chicken sausage
add in cherry tomatoes
top with balckpepper & salt
finaly top with grated cheddar cheese
baked for 5 to 8 minutes or till cheese melt
served with sunny side egg

baked asparagus



spinach and mushroom muffin


SPINAH & MUSHROOM MUFFIN

ING
3 eggs + 3 white eggs
2 chicken sausage - dice
2 handfuls spinach - blanch
1 handful of mushroom - button or oyster
blackpepper to taste
1 onion diced

METHODS
preheat oven 170'c
greased muffin tray with butter
in a bowl whisk egg
add blanched spinach
add mushroom
add some salt and blackpepper to tasted
heat pan with some cooking oil - saute onion and chicken sausage for a minute
and off the stove - then add in the bowl - mix them well
heat muffin tray in oven for a minute
take out and scoop mixer to tray - add grated cheddar cheese
baked for 20 minute or till brown


spinach muffin



SPINACH MUFFIN

ING
2 eggs + 3 white eggs
3 chicken sausage - dice

blackpepper to taste

preheat oven 170'c
greased muffin tray with butter
in a bowl whisk egg
add blanched spinach
add some salt and blackpepper to tasted
heat pan with some cooking oil - saute onion and chicken sausage for a minute
and off the stove - then add in the bowl - mix them well
heat muffin tray in oven for a minute
take out and scoop mixer to tray - add grated cheddar cheese
baked for 20 minute or till brown









PANCAKE in muffin tray



PANCAKE

ing
1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

methods
preheat oven - 170'c
grease muffin tray with butter 
combined all and whisk till batter well combined and smooth
pour in the muffin tray
**before pour the batter heat muffin tray in the oven for 1 or 2 minutes
let it baked for 15 minute or till golden brown
served hot with optional syrup or jam


with blueberry jam and kaya..






















bulgogi salad



BULGOGI SALAD

ing
300 gm tenderloin beef - cut to bite size
3 tbsp or more sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 onion slice fine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking oil
blackpepper to taste
1 apple / pear - grated

methods
combine all and marinated for overnight
heat non stick pan , drizzle with some cooking oil
sizzle a minute or 2 the marinate beef , put aside let them cold
then served with the salad
garnish with sesame seed.


for the salad
some baby romaine
cherry tomatoes
1/2 carrot -  julienne
1 cucumber - julienne
sesame seed for garnish

for the dressing
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
blackpepper to taste
