chili coated spring rolls


another snack for munching

it's a snacking time. i like to munched during movie hour...my gals like to snacking during homework..
well this is the easy peasy snack to fulfill our guilty pleasure tummy..hehehehe
thanks to my dear fren madam lita for the tips on how to make the snack stay crunch..wink2..


ing.
1 packet of spring roll - roll them & cut them to the diagonal 1 inci size
fry the spring roll till golden brown - let it cold and put aside

ing for chili paste
5 to 6 tbs ground chili
1/2 to 3/4 cups of sugar
3 tbs vinegar
salt to tasted

methods
fried chili with some oil, add in sugar, vinegar & salt
if necessary add in some water.
let the chilli cook well and off stove
let the chili paste cold then coat the spring rolls together
sprinkle with some roasted sesame.
