as salam semua...hr ni terasa nak makan pasta ler pulak..smbg dr semalam punya kes..sekali hadap jerrr..anak2 lak kata ...lamaaaaa sungguh mummy x cooked pasta :) kira mcm brunch...coz abg cik ade jamuan rumah terbuka...dari bandar nusa RHU smpi ke bukit jelutong......so tinggal gegirls jerlah...mlm keluar makan jer ...senang kan??? muahahahahaahha (tawa berdekah2 x sopan)...yg benonya yg ADOOOO..mummy nya mmg menikmati saat2 tidak men'gasap'kan dapur...:)))
ingredients
400gm ground meat - add in some black pepper & italian herb (mixed well and roll them up to & keep throwing back to the bowl to make it compact before roll them into small meat ball. - saute meat ball lightly and put aside)
500 gm fusilli - boiled (follow instructions given by the packet) , drained & put back in the bowl add in some butter or olive oil - mixed well
1 onion - diced
1 clove garlic - chopped
1 can mushroom - cut in half
1 jar pasta sauce (i use KIMBALL traditional flavour )
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
methods
saute onion & garlic (used the same pan that we saute meatballs)
add in pasta sauce, mushroom, add in a jar (pasta sauce) of water & add in meat balls
let them boil, & let the sauce thicked, add in sugar & salt, some black pepper, oregano & basil.
add a portion of fusilli onto a plate, pour sauce and garnish with some parmesan cheese
bahan2
400 gm daging kisar - campurkan sedikit serbuk lada hitam & italian herbs. satukan rata & buat bebola kecil, goreng dgn minyak yg sedikit (hingga kekuningan), angkat & ketepikan
500 gm fusilli - direbus (ikut arahan pd paket) - tos & masukkan semula ke dlm mangkuk, campurkan sedikit mentega / minyak zaitun - kacau rata & ketepikan
1 bwg besar dadu
1 bwg putih - hiris halus
1 tin cendawan - potong 2
1 botol pasta sos KIMBALL perasa tradisional
1 sdK serbuk oregano
1 sdB daun basil (kering)
cara-cara
tumis bwg besar & bwg putih
masukkan pasta sos, cendawan , 1 botol (pasta sos) air & bebola daging
biarkan didih & sos agak sedikit pekat, perasakan dgn gula & garam , sedikit lada hitam, oregano & basil.
hidangkan ketika panas.
