nway sy nk share recipe cara saya lerr..fast game pny keje nih...semlm lunch sy cuma meratah salad mangga ni dgn asyikkknya..mmg sedap:)
bhn2
2 mangga mengkal - parut kasar / hiris memanjang
1 biji bwg besar dihiris
1 btg serai hiris nipis
1 biji limau nipis ambil jusnya
2 sdB udang kering - dikisar kering
10 biji cili padi - dikisar kering
1 ke 2 sdB gula
2 sdB sos ikan
3/4 cwn kacang tanah - tumbuk kasar
** pada yg suka boleh tambahkan carrot(hiris memanjang), tauge & sedikit daun ketumbar
cara2
campurkan semua bhn ke dlm 1 mangkuk & gaul rata
perasakn dgn gula, jus limau nipis & sos ikan
siap utk di hidang
Ingredients
2 FIRM MANGOES - peel skin & roughly grated
1 onion - sliced
1 stick lemon grass - fine sliced
lime juice from 1 lime
2 tbsp DRIED SHRIMP
10 green BIRD'S EYE / red chili - if u can't stand the heat less the amount
1 to 2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP FISH SAUCE
3/4 cup ground nut - roughly ground
*** optional u can add some beansprout / carrot / coriander leaves
methods
place all the ing in a bowl & mixed well
add sugar, lime juice & fish sauce to tasted
ready to served
