made dis for hubby besday (270511). it's a simple chilled cheesecake, the twist is only top it with jelly and fresh fruit. it so easy to prepare yet so yummy.
attached herewith is step by step pic, which i made at hubby's apartment (i believed it was in nov 10)
PIC 1
crumbled biscuit marie (coffee flav.) 25pcs or more +
1/3 cup choc chip +
1/3 cup melted butter
make as a base -> keep chilled in fridge (1/2 hr)

250grm cream cheese (room temp) +
200grm cond. milk +
1tBs lemon juice -> lightly beat

1/2tBs gelatin dissolve with 2tBs hot water

add gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture - mix well

pour on the base - keep in fridge till it slightly hard to line fresh fruit on it &
gently poke the fresh fruit in the cheese mixture

u can use instant jelly mixture or
cook jelly as this recipe
5 grm jelly powder
500ml to 600ml water
1/3 cup sugar
put all ing. in a pot and add colour and flavour as desired.

before spooning the jelly, u can poke with a fork the cheese surface
gently spoon jelly mixture to the cheese.

keep in the fridge for about 3 hour or till the jelly hard enough to cut
