MEATBALL SALAD

ASSALAMUALAIKUM pretty dolls
a very simple salad for meat lover

 for a meatball
300gm of ground beef
blackpepper & salt to tasted
1/2 onion - finely diced
1 tsp of mxed herb
1/2 packet of  seri aji blackpepper - dilute with 1/2 or more cup of water

methods
combine all and simply form the ground beef to a small size of meatball
heat a non stick pan , add some cooking oil and saute meatball
saute meatball till it cook and add in blackpepper paste, stir well off fire and put aside let it cool

for salad
some cherry tomato
some baby romaine / butterhead
1 apple / pear - diced
some onion - optional

Methods
Combine them all stir well and ready to eat
