trifle pudding

as'slm smua
ni ''cuci2 mulut'' utk semlm. buat utk kk baby yg berposa ganti..


trifle yg sy buat ni terdiri dr 3 layer
twiggies utk basenya, custard utk 2nd layer & jelly utk top layer
utk twiggies , bole jg di tukarkan pd sw roll.

twiggies secukupnya
1 tin cocktails fruit/ longan /laici

ING FOR CUSTARD
1 CUP OF CUSTARD FLOUR
2 1/2 CUPS WATER
1 CUP OF SUGAR
1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
ESSENCE VANILA

Bahan utk custard
1 cwn tpg kastard
2 1/2 cwn air
1 cwn gula
1 cwn susu cair
sedikit essen vanila




ING FOR JELLY
5GM JELLY POWDER
400ML WATER
1/3 CUP SUGAR
FLAVOUR & FOOD COLOURING AS DESIRE

Bahan utk jelly
5 gm serbuk jelly
400ml air
1/3 cwn gula
pewarna & perasa yg disukai

METHOD 
IN A POT, IN WATER, JELLY POWDER & SUGAR.
STIR WELL & COOK TILL BOIL
ADD ANY FLAVOUR & COLOUR AS U DESIRE

Cara2
didlm periuk, masukkan air , gula serbuk jelly, kacau rata
masak hingga mendidih
masukkan pewarna & perasa yg disukai

DRIZZLE SOME SYRUP FROM LONGAN/LAICI/COCKTAILS FRUIT

susun didlm bekas / loyang
sudukan sedikit sirap dr buah2an dlm tin

ADD ALL ING.EXCEPT ESSEN VANILA, STIR WELL & ON THE STOVE WITH MEDIUM HEAT
KEEP ON STIRRING & COOK TILL THE MIXTURE THICK
ADD ESSEN VANILA & OFF FIRE
satukan semua bhn dlm periuk, kacau  rata, baru psg api sederhana
terus mengacau hingga adunan masak & menjadi likat
masukkan essen vanila & tutup api

SLOWLY POUR CUSTARD MIXTURE ON TOP OF TWIGGIES
tuang dgn perlahan2 adunan kastard pd twiggies

ADD COCKTAIL/LONGAN/LAICI ON CUSTARD SURFACE - PUT ASIDE
**SCRATCHED SURFACE WITH FORK BEFORE POUR JELLY
letakkan buah2an tin ke atas custard - ketepikan
**cakarkan permukaan kastard sebelum menuang jelly

PREPARE PACKET OF INSTANT JELLY (ANY COLOUR & FLAVOUR DESIRED)
OR YOU CAN PREPARE AND COOKED IT AS USSUAL
sediakan instant jelly  mengikut kesukaan masing2
atau anda bole sediakan seperti biasa

GENTLY SCOOP/POUR JELLY MIXTURE ON  TOP OF CUSTARD SURFACE
CHILL FOR ABOUT 2 HR & READY TO SERVE
dgn perlahan sudukan jelly pd  kastard & sejukkan lebih kurang 2 jam  &  bole ler dihidang



sedap jg dimakan dgn kuah kastard.

jelly / agar2 / lengkong

5 grm serbuk jelly
400ml air
1/3 cwn gula
tmbhkan warna dan perasa yg disukai
satukan & di masak hingga mendidih


CUSTARD SAUCE
1 cwn susu cair
I cwn air
3/4 cwn gula
1 sdK esen vanilla
1 sdB tepung custard

satukan semua & masak hingga sedikit memekat dn tutup api - jika terlalu cair bole tmbhkan sedikit tepung custard
