shepherd pastry pie

sheppard pastry pie
recipe by : mummy cha

ing. for filling
1 carrot roughly grated
400 gm ground beef
1 garlic chopped
1 onion chopped
salt & blackpepper to taste
100 gm tomato paste

in a non stick pan, without oil cook ground beef till change colour - put aside
heat pan with some cooking oil, fry garlic and onion till brown
add tomato paste and carrot - stir
add ground beef - continuing stiring
add salt & b/pepper , taste the food, cook till it perfect
off stove

 cover muffin tray with pastry. prick bottom pastry with fork
 heat oven 180'c. pastry ready to bake
baked for 15 to 20 mins till golden brown.

 pastry ready to add filling
 put a spoonful of filling in the pastry
cover filling with mashed potatoes & sprinkle with some grated cheese (moza & cheedar)

 bake for 5 mins or till the cheese melt

served hot
enjoy your pie!!
