egg muffin

morning semua & asslm
back to school
sure busy dgn tuition, ngaji, to & fro school
ape2 pun selamat menjlnkan tugas

nway hr ni nk share ''fast game'' pny breakfast
easy & health nutrision too



utk bahan2nye it's all up to us..ape yg rasa nk add..bole aje.

bahan2
~kentang besar 2 biji (klu kecil tu mybe 3 atau 4 biji) - dipotong & hiris nipis
chic sosej 6 btg
~broccoli
~carrot
~mushroom
~telur 6 biji
~bwg sebiji ptg dadu / hiris
~bwg putih seulas-hiris - sy guna garlic powder
~lada sulah
~garam secukup rasa
~cheddar cheese 125grm - diparut
~susu 1/2 cwn


cara2
-pecahkan telur kedlm bowl
-addkan susu
-addkan lada sulah & garam secukup rasa -pukul ringan
-addkan bhn2 lain kecuali cheese
-spoonkan ke dlm muffin tray yg telah disapu mentega/marjerin
-taburkan cheese
-bakar pd suhu 180'c selama 20 mins..bole lebihkan masa jika nk muffin sedikit garing

** klu rasa mixture kurang air bole addkan susu 1/4 cup atau telur 1 biji

hny 1 yg x brp cun krn muffin yg lastkan jadik dia sikit qtynya..katek ler jadiknya
