made this cutey pie/cookies yesterday with darling baby

2 1/2 cups (313 grams) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting surfaces, dipping fork
4 tablespoons castor sugar
1 teaspoon salt
225 grams butter, very cold - cute to cube
1/2 cup (water, very cold (I pour 1 cup and add ice while I work, then measure 1/2 cup)

3 medium apples, whatever you like to bake with
1/3 cup castor sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

To finish
1 large egg
Coarse or granulated sugar for garnish

 wrap and chill for 1 hr or a day ahead

 cut round the apple

 roll the dough 1/8 inch thick

 cut round shape with the cookie cutter

 dip apple in the filling mixer

put apple on one of the round shape dough

 take another dough and cover the apple press smoothly around it

 press again to seal the dough with fork

 brush top surface with lightly beaten egg 

 slit top with scissors or knife
 ready to bake
before bake, simply sprinkle coarse sugar on top
bake for 15 to 20 mins with 180'c or depend to your oven
