bulgogi salad


300 gm tenderloin beef - cut to bite size
3 tbsp or more sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 onion slice fine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking oil
blackpepper to taste
1 apple / pear - grated

combine all and marinated for overnight
heat non stick pan , drizzle with some cooking oil
sizzle a minute or 2 the marinate beef , put aside let them cold
then served with the salad
garnish with sesame seed.

for the salad
some baby romaine
cherry tomatoes
1/2 carrot -  julienne
1 cucumber - julienne
sesame seed for garnish

for the dressing
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
blackpepper to taste
