mango & pineapple smoothies

caution :  .consumed these drinks can cause u a slimmer U....(only works for those below 50kgs..more than that.., ....me wishing u  ''welcome to my life'')...ihiksssss



MINUMAN DIET...(hanya dalam angan saya jerr)
atas alasan minum ni bole ler mengikis lemacs2 kan..tapi klu takat lemacs saya ni..sama jer taraf dia mcm tuannya degil yg amat...bertong2 minum pun harammm ler ...buat lak dgn sengaje tmbh gula...jadiknya...alahaii sendiri mau ingat ler eh:))



ingredients
2 ripe mango - roughly cut
1 pineapple  - roughly cut
sugar
plain water / ice cube
1/4 cup yoghurt

methods
blends all till well mixed & served cold
