kerapu (grouper) steam

salam semua
hope smuanya tabah dlm menjalankan amanah suami , menjaga anak & menyediakan makanan utk anak2.
Hr ni ade ''isnin BIRU'' ke?..hehehe hope2 xde eh...
2day sy pny mood nk ''steam'' ler pulak...:)) heeeepp jgn korner dulu.....ihikss....orrait.. usah ler membirukan kepala lagi yea. Sy nk share recipe ni.


Bahan2
Ikan kerapu (sy gunakan ikan bersize  sederhana 2 ekor)
Serai 2 btg (dititik)
Lada besar hiris
Bwg besar hiris
Jus limau purut  dr 1 biji  limau
Halia hiris
Bwg putih tumbuk
Sedikit lada sulah
3 sdB Oyster sos
3 sdB Nampla (sos ikan)
Tomato (ptg 4 atau 6)

Cara2
- Panaskan periuk kukus
- Perap ikan dgn bwg putih,jus limau,oyster sos, nampla sos,garam,& lada sulah.(lg lama perap lg sedap)
- Alaskan pinggan dgn sedikit serai, bwg besar, lada & halia.
- Letakkan ikan pd bhn2 tadi..Tutup ikan dgn lebihan serai , bwg besar, lada & halia.
- Letakkan jg tomato (sy letakkan 4 ptg tomato)
- Kukus selama 15 ke 20 min.
- Hidang dgn daun sop & bwg goreng


Ing
Grouper (weight about 300gm - 500gm)
2 stick lemongrass (bruised)
Red chili (sliced)
Onion (sliced)
Juice from 1 lime
Ginger (julienned)
Garlic (pound / sliced)
White peeper to taste
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp nampla sos
Tomato (halved 4 or 6)

Method
- Heat steaming pot.
- Marinate fish with garlic, lemon juice, oyster sauce, nampla sauce, salt &pepper. (marinated at least 3 hrs)
- Lay dishware with some lemon grass, onion, pepper and ginger.
- Place the fish on top of the lay ing. Cover fish with the same ing. & some tomatoes
- Steam for 15 to 20 min.
- Served with some spring onion & some fried onion.
