bubur jagung

salam semua
teabreak for my kids pd selasa lepas
terlupa lak nk dipostkan kat sini..ahakss

bhn2
1/2 ke 1 cwn air
1 tin jagung kernel / 300gm kernel jagung - sy gunakan jagung frozen - defrostkan jagung
200ml santan
sedikit garam
1 helai daun pandan - disimpulkan
1/2 cwn gula - (bole dikurangkan)
50 gm gula merah - jika suka
cara2
masak sekejap jagung hingga lembut - msk dgn sedikit air atau santan cair
masukkan daun pandan, gula & santan
perasakan dgn sedikit garam
masak hingga mendidih dgn api sederhana
tutup api dn bole di hidang

Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 cup water
1 can of whole kernal corn / 300gm frozen kernel corn (defrost)
200ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 screwpine leaf
1/2 cup sugar
50g brown sugar (optional)
methods
put water in a pot, cook kernel corn till soft
add in screwpine leaf, sugar & coconut milk
salt to taste
cook till boil with slow heat
ready to served

  1. "wow...very the sweet la cha,jagung nya sgt meriah..saya mmg suka bab2 makan ni...heheh,pernah buat gak sekali dua,tapi saya guna jagung tongkol tu,pastu sekali tu penah try guna jagung manis dlm tin campur pulak dgn kacang hijau...belasah jer cha.."
