sotong masak dakwat

as'slm smua. x tau nk masak ape kan lunch tadi.so tgk kat fridge ade lak se'toet' sotong ni..yg tinggal pun kepala sotong jer..kt rmh ni kepala sotong mmg xkan ade sambutan..mmg gituler gaya bebudak ni makan..klu ayam yg isi jer..klu ikan kena cuilkan baru luak ikan tu.....typical my kids!!

utk dish ni, org johor sure kenal..sy suka psl masak dia simple dimple mimple jerr

SQUIDS  - clean it & separate the ink's pocket
ONION - SLICED
SOME GINGER  & 1 GARLIC - SLICED
1 TSP TUMERIC POWDER
2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
2 TBSP COOKING OIL

Bhn2
sotong secukupnya dibersihkan
asingkan pocket dakwat & ketepikan
bwg besar hiris
halia hiris
bwg putih hiris
sedikit serbuk kunyit
2 sdB oyster sauce
2 sdB minyak


METHOD
HEAT WOK W/O OIL - COOKS SQUID A FEW MINUTES - DRAIN SQUIDS -PUT ASIDE
USE THE SAME WOK - ADD  COOKING OIL
SAUTE GARLIC  & GINGER. ADD SQUID'S INK,OYSTER SAUCE, SALT  & TUMERIC POWDER
& ONION. OFF STOVE & SERVED
** I ADD SLICED TOMATO & SOME CHILIES

Cara2
kuali dipanaskan tnp minyak, dan masukkan sotong, goreng gitu utk buang air..sekejap jer dan toskan
dgn kuali yg sama, masukkan minyak, bila minyak dh panas
tumis bwg putih & halia, masukkan dakwat  sotong, garam secukup rasa, oyster sos, kunyit, sotong & bwg besar. Kemudian bole tutup api & sedia utk dihidang
** sy tmbhkan tomato & cili padi utk penyedap tekak:))


 meal utk sy & ank2 for today.
