shepherd's pie


hr ni xde air...tapi kan mcm ade..camne tu eh?..
pagi, lepas ank2 ke sklh..terus kemas rumah takut air xde..hajat hati nak tutup kitchen...yuhuuuu konon x yah masak ekekekeke..tapinya yg adooo..kul 11.30pg turun kitchen terasa lapoo lak..ingat nk msk maggi ..then on tap water ade air ler but low pressure, still ok eh asalkan ade air..so klurkan smua bahan masak...(pg2 dh klurkan ..then bila teringat xde air..masukkan balik...nmpknya mmg x leh ler nk tutup kitchen)

so yg ringkas jerlah sy masak

Bhn filling
daging hancur 500gm
carrot (parut kasar) (+-) 1 ke 2 cwn
bwg besar (parut /ptg dadu) 2 ke 3 biji
sedikit thyme
sedikit rosemary
2 ulas bwg putih hiris
2 sdB tomato paste
1 sdB worcestershire sauce
garam gula secukup rasa

*** KENTANG YG SUDAH SIAP, DIBIARKAN SEJUK SEBENTAR, MASUKKAN 3 KUNING TELUR,GAUL RATA KENTANG DN KETEPIKAN.


1- masak daging mcm biasa , x perlu tumis (minyak), terus jer goreng hingga daging bertukar warna

2- masukkan semua bhn -(sy tmbhkan jg sedikit parsley) - perasakn jg dgn garam & gula
jika terlalu kering bole tmbhkan stok ayam

3- masak hingga filling kering sedikit.


4- sediakan dish / baking tin - sapu sedikit butter dikelilingnya & ratakan filling daging di lapisan bwh

5- ratakan pula 'mashed potato'

6- taburkan parmesan cheese

7- bakar pd suhu 180'c selama 25 mins / hingga kekuningan


dh siap meal utk sy & anak2. sehingga pd ms sy update n3 ni, mmg dh xde balance
si joe mkn sebelum ke tuition & baby continue mkn back frm tuition.
