chilled cheese cake with sw roll

followed recipe frm tiny book's chef wan


sy plg suka cheese cake yg x yah bake...as normal ler skala kemalasan tu amat tinggi...tapi bab makan uishhhh rajin amat :)


Bahan2
SW Roll secukupnya - dipotong nipis utk dijadikan dasar dn keliling.
Keep in fridge for chill purpose.


Cream Cheese
-500 gm cream cheese (suhu bilik)
-2 sudu teh gelatine yg dilarutkan dgn
1/4 cwn air panas (yg betul2 panas...br lepas mendidih gitu)
-Susu pekat (400gm) - bole dikurangkan
-1/3 cwn lemon jus
-2 sudu besar parutan kulit lemon

Cara2
Pukul cream cheese sampai lembut,
masukkan larutan gelatine,
susu pekat, lemon jus dn parutan lemon. Pukul smpi adunan sama rata.

Tuangkan kat atas base yg dh kita sejukkan tadi....
lepas tu simpan balik dlm fridge semalaman or (klu x sabar 4 jam pun bole)



Hiaskan dgn fresh fruit kesukaan anda bila nk hidangkan
