panaskan oven suhu 180'c<br />
broccolli & bunga kobis yg telah masak ditoskan dan ketepikan hingga sejuk<br />
tuna (jgn buang minyaknya) diperasakan dgn lada hitam dn garam jg gula (x perlu tmbh gula jika gunakan krim atau susu), masukkan jg kuib ikan bilis (hancurkan dulu kuib ikan bilis )kacau rata<br />
didlm mangkuk besar pukul ringan telur, campurkan dgn yogurt tadi<br />
campurkan jgk tuna<br />
kacau rata, kemudian campurkan sayuran tadi, seratakan campuran<br />
gris tray/loyang atau casserole dish dgn sedikit minyak/butter<br />
tuangkan campuran sayur dan bakar selama 30 mins atau hingga masak (bergantung pd size dish /tray yg digunakan)<br />

300gm of ground beef<br />
blackpepper & salt to tasted<br />
1/2 onion - finely diced<br />
1 tsp of mxed herb<br />
1/2 packet of seri aji blackpepper - dilute with 1/2 or more cup of water<br />

methods<br />
combine all and simply form the ground beef to a small size of meatball<br />
heat a non stick pan , add some cooking oil and saute meatball<br />
saute meatball till it cook and add in blackpepper paste, stir well off fire and put aside let it cool<br />

Bahan2 brownies<br />
2 cawan gula caster (cha guna 1 3/4 cup)<br />
1 cawan butter yang sudah dicairkan<br />
1/2 cawan serbuk koko<br />
1 sdK esen vanilla<br />
4 biji telUr yang montok montok<br />
1 1/2 cawan tepung<br />
1/2 teaspoon baking powder<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/2 cawan kacang walnut dicincang (jika suka)<br />
sedikit chocolate chip (jika suka)<br />
**cha x add kcg or choc chip.<br />

Bahan2 topping cheese<br />
250 gram cream cheese<br />
1 biji telur<br />
1/2 cawan gula halus<br />
1 sdK esen vanila<br />
2 sdB susu sejat</div>

Cara2nya:</div>

Cair kan butter, lalu masuk kan gula, kacau kacau je..tak payah pakai mixer<br />
kemudian masukkan serbuk koko dan esen vanilla,kacau lagi.<br />
Masukkan telur satu persatu dan kacau lagi.<br />
Masukkan tepung & baking powder perlahan lahan dan kacau biar sebati. boleh lah masukkan kacang walnut and choc chip.<br />
Tuang di loyang yg dah dialas kertas pembakar dan grease ngan sikit butter. (cha guna loyang 8x8)<br />
**tinggalkan sedikit adunan brownies utk dibuat lorekan marble<br />
Bakar pd suhu 175 darjah selama 30 mins atau hingga brownie masak.<br />
Keluarkan dan tuangkan pula adunan cheese keatas brownies tadi<br />
Bakar lagi kurang lebih 10 ke 15 minit.<br />

TOPPING CHEESE</div>

Putar cream cheese dan gula hingga sebati, masukkan telur, susu sejat dan putar lagi hingga berkrim. </div>

Tuang atas brownies tadi dan ratakan. </div>

Isikan adunan brownies yang diasingkan tadi dalam piping beg, dan buat beberapa garisan lurus atau suka ati pny corak yg nak dibuat ( biarkan betul2 sejuk, baru dipotong untuk dihidangkan..)</div>

METHODS<br />
preheat oven 170'c<br />greased muffin tray with butter<br />
in a bowl whisk egg<br />
add blanched spinach<br />
add some salt and blackpepper to tasted<br />
heat pan with some cooking oil - saute onion and chicken sausage for a minute<br />
and off the stove - then add in the bowl - mix them well<br />
heat muffin tray in oven for a minute<br />
take out and scoop mixer to tray - add grated cheddar cheese<br />
baked for 20 minute or till brown<br />

ambil 4 ketul ayam dan masukkan kedlm bekas tupperware, tutup dan 'shake' / goncang<br />

tutup api dan ketepikan inti - tapis inti supaya tiada lebihan minyak atau air<br />

ambil puff pastry potong 2 , sudukan inti dan gulung<br />
atur di atas dulang pembakar yg dialas dgn baking paper<br />

sebenarnya rasa hati teringin nak rasa bila kawan fb yan tunjukkan gambar tu...aii walawei lawa lak dlm hati kata.. biskut tu ade kaler pepel arr..<br />
lepas tu kk sherry pun kata anak2 makan sedap ade rasa masin ...<br />
bila my gal si kecik tu tgk pic ..terus ler tanya macam2 soklan..actually mata dia cuma nmpk purple color jer... hehe coz dia suka kaler pepel yg mcm lembut2 gitu..but in the same time kaler merah tetap no 1 pilihan dia..<br />

ASSALAMUALAIKUM<br />
saya menimbulkan diri setelah agak lama tenggelam.<br />

udang & nenas masak lemak cili padi<br />

BAHAN2<br />
20 ekor udang sederhana besar - dibersihkan<br />
15 biji cili padi - dikisar<br />
1 biji bwg besar - dikisar<br />
sebatang serai - dititik<br />
santan pekat 1 kotak / 200ml<br />
1/2 biji nenas masak - dipotong sederhana nipis<br />
garam gula secukup rasa<br />

CARA2<br />
tumis tanpa minyak bahan kisar dan masukkan serai<br />
masak dgn api sederhana hingga bahan tumis masak<br />
masukkan nenas dan santan<br />
masak hingga nenas lembut, tmbhkan garam gula secukup rasa biarkan mendidih sekejap<br />
kemudian masukkan udang, bila udang dah merah (kurang lebih 2 min) tutup api dan bolehlah dihidang.<br />
**gunakan api yg sederhana dan sentiasa kacau kuah supaya tidak pecah santan<br />

rangup rapuh dari puff pastry..manis lemak durian dan smoothnya whip cream yg rasa mcm cloud ..very light tapi yg light tu ler yg menambah lemak ....tapi itu semua x jadik hal ler...kerana sedap ku ikutkan aje....hehehe<br />
so fren...dont wait lama2 jom ler kita sama2 menambahkan lemak di pinggang ..jommm!!!<br />
